You really don’t have to change,improve or strive for perfection rather all you need do is ACCEPT yourself.
This in simple terms means accepting all the warts and emotional lumps and bumps,bad habits,weaknesses,strength and all.This doesn’t invariably mean that bad habits should be nurtured but ‘acceptance’ should be put in place before considering how to shape oneself
At those times that you feel so depressed about yourself and all that comes to mind is ‘condemnation of your being’,it is important to note that it is time to accept yourself for who you are before you think of helping yourself out.
